Kevin McMullen, M.D. Surgeon Dr. Kevin McMullen received his medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine in 1986, and completed his Surgery Residency at the Alton Ochsner Clinic & Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1991. Dr. McMullen is Board Certified by the American College of Surgeons and has been in private practice in Oklahoma City since 1991. He is a general & vascular surgeon, and in 1995, was one of the founding partners of the Surgical Hospital of Oklahoma, the leading specialty surgical hospital in South Oklahoma City. Dr. McMullen is currently both Chief of Staff and Medical Director of the Surgical Hospital.   Sherri Schmidt Business Office Manager Sherri has been with the Clinic for two years and works on behalf of our patients to optimize their insurance benefits for varicose vein procedures.  She is a great asset to our business office, and is an excellent patient advocate when dealing with insurance companies.     LaFonda Tate Cosmeceutical & Skin Care Consultant Vein Specialist LaFonda Tate has been with Oklahoma SkinCare since its inception. She has been instrumental in planning the protocols used for our procedures and has trained extensively on all aspects of skin care, including cosmeceuticals and the Advanced Course for FotoFacial RF, given by the inventors of the procedure, Dr. Stephen Mulholland and Dr. Patrick Bitter.  Fonda takes great pride in her ability to deliver outstanding results for her patients.   Cynthia Eaton, RN Cosmeceutical & Skin Care Consultant Vein Specialist Cynthia has been with Oklahoma SkinCare and the Vein Clinic since their inception and has a keen interest in all aspects of skin care. She has taken extensive training and certification for all of our treatments, including the Advanced Course for FotoFacial RF, Cynosure Affirm, and is responsible for spider vein treatments with both sclerotherapy and laser.  Cynthia always goes the extra mile for her patients and is well-versed in all aspects of our skincare regimens.   Cindy Garrison Cosmeceutical & Skin Care Consultant Permanent Cosmetics Cindy completed her training in Permanent Cosmetics at Advanced Cosmetic Techniques, LA, in 2000 and has established a loyal following and reputation for outstanding results due to her attention to detail. She takes pride in achieving an outcome that appears natural yet enhances their overall appearance.  Cindy is also trained in all of the skincare clinics' treatment protocols and applies the same dedication and individual attention that serves her cosmetic patients. Cindy has also completed the Image  Advanced Skin Care course in Palm Beach, Fl.     Maureen Rodriguez Receptionist Maureen has been with Dr. McMullen since 2002 in his Surgical Office, then joined the Varicose Vein Clinic as receptionist in  2005. She is responsible for scheduling patient appointments and procedures, managing the phones and answering patient questions.    Maria Gonzalez Medical Assistant Scheduling Maria has been with Dr. McMullen since 2002 and handles many functions in the surgery office, from receptionist to scheduling surgeries, and assisting Dr. McMullen.
