Permanent Cosmetics

Permanent makeup, also known as permanent cosmetics, Intradermal Pigmentation, or Micropigmentation, is a method of applying natural pigment into the dermal layer of skin. It is most commonly used in creating permanent eyeliner, permanent eyebrows and lip color. Other Permanent Cosmetic procedures include stretch mark camouflage, scar camouflage and correcting asymmetries of the face (cleft lip).

Permanent makeup procedures for lip color work beautifully. The color selection can vary from a soft natural pink, for those who want a natural look, to a bold dramatic color. No matter what color you select, this procedure eliminates the need for reapplying lipstick throughout the day.

Permanent Cosmetics for eyebrows can be used to add fullness to the eyebrow by implanting pigment with hairline strokes, eliminating the need to draw on the eyebrow (due to hair loss). Patients can enjoy swimming, sports, and other activities without worrying about their makeup.

If you have difficulty seeing to apply makeup, or you are unable to apply makeup due to dexterity difficulties, or just simply want to eliminate the hassle of applying makeup throughout the day – permanent makeup can save time and stress for those who want to look their best all day.
